Registration Information for the 2010 Season

Dyer Girls Softball Registration for the 2010 season is concluded at the St. John Township Registration center, but we will continue to be taking registrations On-Line until February 20th, 2010. This is the absolute last minute cut-off date for all girls who wish to register for the 2010 season. Forms for registration and payments can be downloaded here, and mailed into:

We are accepting Visa and Mastercard for payment of registration fees this year. A Credit Card approval form will need to be filled out and mailed in with registration form. Click here to download the Credit Card approval form. Both the Credit Card Authorization Form and the Registration forms are Adobe PDF files which you will need Adobe PDF reader to see. Both forms can also be filled in electronically, and e-mailed back to us at the e-mail address listed below.

Costs for the 2010 Season are broken down as follows:

The $50 Volunteer Fee will be refunded to you (one per family), if you should volunteer to work at the Concession Stand. A minimum of 6 completed hours of volunteer time is needed to receive your refund.  Each family only needs to pay $50, regardless of how many girls are registering.

Candy Option 1:  You will have to pay up front to get your candy, but you keep all the profits from selling the candy at $1 per bar. You get 2 boxes of candy to sell for the first girl registered, and one extra box of candy per extra girl registered, at $52 per box. You will get to keep all profits if you choose this option.

Candy Option 2:  This is an optional buy out, where you would not have to sell any candy. You do not get any candy if you choose this option.

You are required to choose either Candy Option 1 or Candy Option 2

Additional Notes:
1.  No refunds will be given.  
2.  Instructional Division only sells one box of candy.  
3.  Senior I Division is not required to pay the Volunteer Fee, but still has to meet the Candy Option requirement..
4.  Senior II Division is not required to pay the Volunteer Fee, or choose a Candy Option. However, the cost is $90 per girl, regardless of how many from one family is registering.

A copy of their Birth Certificate is required for all first time registrations.
2010 Playing Age is determined by the players age as of December 31st, 2009.
