If any players are interested in trying out for All-Stars. Please review the dates below for each divisions.
8U – Friday May 17th 5:30 sign in 6:00 tryouts.
10U – Friday May 17th 5:30 sign in 6:00 tryouts, and Monday May 20th 5:30 sign in 6:00 tryouts.
12U – Friday May 17th 5:30 sign in and 6:00 tryouts.
14U - Will be this Friday May 17th 5:30 sign in and 6:00 tryouts, this information could potentially change.

| OPENING DAY!!!!!!! |
OPENING DAY for Dyer Girls Softball will be this Saturday, April 27th. All teams will be meeting at Protsman school at 9:30am sharp. At 10:00am the parade will take us to Field 2 at Northgate Park. After the ceremony, all games will start at 12:30p.m at their respective fields.
Come enjoy a great day of Softball while we celebrate our 50th Anniversary.

| PICTURE DAY -APRIL 17TH |
Picture Day - will be held at St. John Township Center this Wednesday April 17th starting at 6:00 pm.
Listed Below are the times for pictures, Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to pictures to have the team ready in full uniform.
Some teams have received their picture envelopes others have not. We will have the envelopes available there the night of the event.
Please remember to have the exact amount for the pictures as change cannot be made. Teams must have their team name picked out by picture night. Those names will go on the banner!!!
If you are writing out a check please make it out to Fox Photography.

| Field Day - April 13th |
To All:
We will be having a field day on Saturday, April 13th (this Saturday). We will start at 9:00am (WEATHER PERMITTING).
The goal is to make the fields look great for the upcoming season. Please brings a rake or yard tool that makes it easier to do yard work.
We will also be painting /updating the benches and foul poles in blue, so bring an old shirt to paint in.
As always, we appreciate everything and everyone for coming out to help. |

Just a friendly reminder that the Parents meeting will take place tonight at St. John Township starting at 6:30pm.
You will have a chance to drop off any raffle tickets that have been sold and if you are interested in Anniversary shirts, you will have the opportunity to place an order as well.
2nd - SMOOTHIE KING fundraiser will take place this Saturday March 16th from 10am-2pm at their St. John location. Come out and support Dyer Girls softball while enjoying a healthy snack.

| Late Registration Day |
Due to many inquires within the last couple of days regarding sign ups for 2013 softball season.
We have decided to hold "A Late Registration Day" this Tuesday, February 5th from 5pm - 7pm at All About Computers. It is located on Route 30 in the same strip mall as "Hog Haven" and "Patti's Gymnastics". The address is 1514 Joliet Street in Dyer, IN Hours will only be from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact any one of us under the "Board Members" tab.
We look forward to seeing you there and are very excited to celebrate our 50th Anniversary of Dyer Girls Softball with you.

2013 Registration
Come Celebrate 50 years of Dyer Girls Softball!
Ages 5 and Up, All Skill Levels Welcome!
Where: St. John Township Community Center
1515 W. Lincoln Highway
Schererville, IN 46375
When: Saturday - January 12, 2013 - 10 AM -- 2 PM
Saturday - January 26, 2013 - 10 AM -- 2 PM
Wednesday - January 30, 2013 - 6 PM -- 8 PM
Fees are the following:
1 Girl - $110 Registration Fee, $50 Concession Fee, $80 Fundrasing Fee ($62 opt out)
2 Girls - $210 Registration Fee, $50 Concession Fee, $120 Fundrasing Fee ($93 opt out)
3+ Girls - $300 Registration Fee, $50 Concession Fee, $140 Fundrasing Fee ($108 opt out)
1. No refunds will be given. 2. Senior I Division is not required to pay the Volunteer Fee, but still has to meet the Fundraiser requirement.
Cash, check, or credit card accepted (2.75% processing fee with credit cards)
A copy of registrants Birth Certificate is required for all first time registrations.
2013 Playing Age is determined by the players’ age as of December 31st, 2012. |

Our first official registration date for the Dyer Girls Softball League 2013 Season will be Saturday, January 12th from 10am-2pm at St. John Township hall. We will have 2 additional dates available to sign-up on Saturday, January 26th from 10am-2pm and Wednesday, January 30th from 6pm-8pm.
We are excited for the new 2013 season celebrating our 50th Anniversary. Come out and join in on the fun. We look forward to seeing everyone there. |
